Nikita Lisitsa (lisyarus) writes graphics and math programming articles on rasterizers, quaternions, WebGPU simulations, and floating-point behavior.
What HN saysHN links it for its particle life simulation and graphics tutorials; one author says the site feels similar to their own book.

May I add Computer Graphics From Scratch, which covers both rasterization and raytracing? https://gabrielgambetta.com/computer-graphics-from-scratch/index.html
I have to admit I'm quite surprised by how eerily similar this website feels to my book. The chapter structure, the sequencing of the concepts, the examples and diagrams, even the "why" section (mine https://gabrielgambetta.com/computer-graphics-from-scratch/00-introduc… - theirs https://lisyarus.github.io/blog/posts/implementing-a-tiny-cpu-rasteriz…
I don't know what to make of this. Maybe there's nothing to it. But I feel uneasy :(

The art style under "A Sillier Solution" [1] reminds me very much of the cover of Dragon Magazine #100, August 1985 [2].

This looks related to (maybe descended from?) Nikita Lisitsa’s particle life project: https://lisyarus.github.io/blog/posts/particle-life-simulation-in-brow…

Try looking at this system - lots of "lifeforms" emerge with several interesting behaviours https://lisyarus.github.io/webgpu/particle-life.html?particleCount=327…
