I also recommend printing out puzzles, mazes, riddles from https://krazydad.com/ You can download pdfs, staple them together and let your kids sink their time in.

Or you could use https://krazydad.com/ which has been around for decades, contains interesting puzzles many of which are types the author invented, and isn't AI slop.

I often ponder what the generator algorithm might be when I am solving "insane" 13x17 Kakuro puzzles [1], because there always seems to be just enough logical paths to solve each puzzle. Well done!

Is someone going to put Emergent Orange down to improper scaling?
http://krazydad.com/blog/2013/12/05/emergent-orange/
(Emergent Orange made to front page here on HN yesterday.
However, this gamma article says the movie industry gets gamma scaling right, and KrazyDad's day job is for Disney iirc.)

How he dealt with the design agency is quite selfless and ended up with $4K in donations for local food banks.

If you go to the original post [0], he provides a link to the maze in question [1] which clearly states at the bottom of every page "© 2010 KrazyDad.com". How much clearer can that be?

[This is Jim Bumgardner - author of the maze that Kraft copied]. Amusingly, this comes full circle. One of the puzzle varieties on my site is based on Penrose tilings.

Years ago, I sought (and received) permission from Penrose to use his tiling on these puzzles.

Back in February, Jim Bumgardner wrote up his experiments with gaming Foursquare:
"Eventually I amassed a huge number of mayorships, spread among multiple accounts, including the Statue of Liberty, Mount Rushmore, the Lincoln Memorial, Stonehenge and the Taj Mahal"

sounds like a super fun programming project. one of his other projects, musical chess, is cool, too:
