This is great! Thankfully enough Let's Play videos are out there to give me an idea how much I would hate this, at least alone. OTOH I could see this being a fun (and hopefully short) party game with friends in-between more "serious" games, just to laugh our asses off for a few minutes ;)
This also reminds me of QWOP[0] and Petris/Bastet/Bastard Tetris[1].

Given that background, the odds you've never seen this are exceedingly low.
Nonetheless, and for the benefit of the Lucky 10,000, I must present: QWOP.

This article reminds of me of this game that demonstrates how difficult it is to operate a horse:

The moment I saw "foddy.net" next to the title I knew what I was in for. This is the same guy behind games like QWOP (http://www.foddy.net/Athletics.html), GIRP (http://www.foddy.net/GIRP.html) and CLOP (http://www.foddy.net/CLOP.html). He's an expert on making games that troll the player.

... not sure it's that simple. Angry Birds became popular in part because it's a fun game to play. The gameplay probably doesn't live up to the hype, but it's at least capable of living up to some amount of hype.
Flappy bird is just incredibly awful. It's like QWOP[1], but much simpler.
