Some additional information that might be worth knowing:
* Companies in Sweden are not required to have any collective bargain agreement. Most of them have but many don't. (I've worked in several)
* Model Y is the most sold car in Sweden during the period January to October (https://teknikensvarld.expressen.se/nyheter/bil-och-trafik/sveriges-me…
* Few people working at Tesla Sweden have joined the strike. Even the unions admit that this has been disappointing (https://teslaclubsweden.se/strejken-som-inte-fanns/)
* PostNord, the leading postal service has also joined the solidarity strike. For this reason Tesla cannot get license plate numbers to their new cars. Tesla is not allowed to pick them up directly from the factory. This is currently being handled in courts.

The source is teslaclubsweden.com[0], not exactly impartial journalism. The comments to that article doesn't agree with it either, here's some top level comments translated to english:
My colleague who is still working says that Tesla is lying today. Half the staff is gone and those who are working are stressing themselves to death. Ingem takes care of the employees. He is going to resign. Mafia methods against those who want to go on strike: giving access cards, keys, etc. Threats and harassment
- Managers have threatened that you will be dismissed if you participate in the conflict. They also have an option program where you get shares for X number of years. They have also threatened to withdraw this if you take part in the conflict as an employee.

I checked their source (Börskollen), and they quote Tesla Club Sweden [0], which, unsurprisingly, is quite biased as well.
It absolutely looks like a hit piece to me.

European countries should start thinking about legislations against scams like these. Again Tesla is on the cutting edge of... scams.
Btw: here's poll on teslaclubsweden.com on who has "ordered" a CyberTruck: (the bars show different regions of Sweden)

I hesitate to call these people idiots (mostly because that's rude) .. but.. they would certainly benefit from consumer protection laws.

This Tesla Sweden post [0] was doing the rounds a couple of years ago, on the novelties of driving a petrol car when all you've ever driven is an electric one.
