This is cool! I also use my "Daily Notes" in Obsidian as a way to bookmark things I want to revisit. I never thought about the fact that it could be the source of a "link list"-style blog. How complex is your link-saving Shortcut? I store my Obsidian vault in iCloud, and because of that I've been able to use the excellent Bebop⁽¹⁾ app as a very quick and easy way to append to my Daily Note to save a URL, add a note, etc. via the Sharesheet. Thanks again for posting about your idea! ⁽¹⁾ https://www.jackcheng.com/bebop/

This reminds me of my muji chronotebook, which I bought after being referenced by Jack Cheng. http://jackcheng.com/stuff-i-love-muji-chronotebook Its really awesome. I find it the perfect balance of flexibility and structure within a notebook. The way times are laid out are cool, but yet remain unobtrusive.

This is a great idea for a niche site/business. I'm curious about your price. Jack Cheng's review (http://www.jackcheng.com/stuff-i-love-muji-chronotebook) mentions that the notebook retails for $4.95. Have you gotten any pushback on your $19.95 price?

I'm working on quick capture! Just a prototype so far for saving text snippets: https://wonger.dev/posts/in-the-works#gimme-that Ideally, note capture is as easy as screenshots. It means removing nonessential menus, decisionmaking, buttons, etc. For example, having the app start with an editor and keyboard open, versus having the app start with a list of existing notes. It may mean gesture shortcuts. For a published app with adjacent ideas, check out Bebop for iOS: https://www.jackcheng.com/bebop-design-dev-process/
