We get a lot of questions at GoSquared (https://gosquared.com) as to why their engagement metrics (and visitor counts) are so different between GA and GoSquared. Pinging all visitors to check their still online is our solution, rather than making a guess/estimate - this means that sometimes GA reports about 10 visitors online when there are actually more like 100. This is especially true with HN posts where most people only visit the one page and then leave. Thanks for the great post :)

I've been using GoSquared for this and it has been working really well: http://www.gosquared.com/ It will be interesting to see how the new Google Analytics features compare. If they offer a GoSquared style API, that would be pretty fantastic.

I was about to say the same thing... not only are there no images, but there is a such an overwhelming amount of text and bullet points on the "About" and "Feature" pages. This looks more like documentation and less like a product landing page. Here are some nice examples that might help: http://land-book.com/ https://www.gosquared.com/ (pulled from the first page of land-book)

GoSquared has some excellent icon packs. You can view them all here: https://www.gosquared.com/resources/

I think GoSquared (http://gosquared.com) have something of this flavour of interaction as well.

OS X Sierra (10.12) adoption chart https://www.gosquared.com/global/mac/sierra/#beta Looks like people are split 30/30/30 between the last three versions with many holdouts. Things look way better in iOS land (76% on latest version): https://developer.apple.com/support/app-store/

Nice example of someone adding a leap motion controller to their site, GoSquared: https://www.gosquared.com/blog/playing-around-with-the-new-leap-motion… I'm not going to argue this demonstrates utility, but it does show some good recognition of smaller gestures.

Some other icon sets (probably appeared on HN before, don't know where I got them from): flags: https://www.gosquared.com/resources/flag-icons user interface: https://www.gosquared.com/resources/165-vector-icons and http://adamwhitcroft.com/batch/
