That is kind of an amazing point. I looked it up and this transcript was enlightening! https://www.badassoftheweek.com/stanislav-petrov-and-the-rcsg-resolute > Don't ram the ship that has two bars and a Jacuzzi on board and is designed for, like, smashing glaciers. Mm hmm. Then the captain of the Resolute radioed to the guys in the water like, 'Hey, do you want some help?' Heh.

* Unusual religions on wikipedia particularly Scientology. * Rogue waves (it is not that deep of a hole but for some reason I find it interesting). * Knot theory and category theory (again not sure why). * Social Psychology on wikipedia * Ben Thompson's Badass blog (more for humor and a little old now. not sure if it is updated) [1] * If you are an older mid to late 30 something like me X-Entertainment [2] used to be an awesome rabbit hole (no it is not a porn site). Sadly it is very very broken rabbit hole with collapsed tunnels all over. The author's penchant (Matt) for 80's crap ultimately succumbed to complete utter disorganization and proper backups. It is a 404 wasteland. I recommend googling "x-entertainment and he-man" (yes it is scary to google such terms but trust me) [1]: http://www.badassoftheweek.com/list.html [2]: http://www.x-entertainment.com/index1.html

Another great advantage of that plane is just how durable it was. It could take massive damage yet stay in the air. Of course, pilot skill's important, too. For proof, look at the story of Kim Campbell: http://www.badassoftheweek.com/kimcampbell.html The article has loads of good pictures of the plane, the gun, and the damage she took over Iraq. It's amazing to see.

Big Wind probably appears in the movie. It is two MiG jet engines strapped to a T-34 frame: https://www.badassoftheweek.com/bigwind

Of course, what you really want to use to capture 42 German prisoners in WW2 is a broadsword: http://warfarehistorynetwork.com/daily/wwii/mad-jack-churchill-a-rare-… http://www.badassoftheweek.com/churchill.html

Far more cost-effective would be cloning ឯកសារ (Aki-Ra). http://www.badassoftheweek.com/aki-ra.html

Here's a guy who ran one 875 ultramarathon in 5 days at the age of 61 - without sleep or otherwise resting: http://www.badassoftheweek.com/young.html Cliffy Young is awesome. He's a national hero in Australia.
